I currently serve as the Vermilion Branch Operations for VLFCU. My background includes over 26 years of experience working in the financial services industry.
My staff and I here to render the best possible service to all members and look forward to providing solutions for all your financial needs.
I am a 2005 graduate of Leadership Erie County and am currently serving on their Board. My husband Don and I reside in Huron and are the proud parents of four grown children and have six grandchildren. |

I am currently serving as the VP of Perkins Branch Operations. I have been with VLFCU for 22 years, which enabled me to work in various capacities in the member service and lending areas. I enjoy working with our membership in providing opportunities and solutions based on their individual needs.
I am a 2006 graduate of Leadership Erie County and serve as a Board of Director for the same and am a member of the Women's Network. My husband John and I have been married for 36 years and have 2 sons and 5 grandchildren.

I moved to Sandusky from Tampa, FL and recently married Rod Dahlke.
Although I have only worked with VLFCU since April 2007 I have over 24 years in the financial industry. Of that, 21 years has been with credit unions. Most of my career was with Tampa Bay Federal Credit Union in Tampa, FL. While working for TBFCU I was a Branch Manager and more recently their Collection Manager. I also worked with Anheuser Busch Employee Credit Union as their Orlando, FL Branch Manager for Sea World.
I am currently VP of Collections and Manager of Hayes Branch Operations.

I have over 22 years of banking expierience with National City Bank and First Finanacial Bank having most recently held the position of Interim Market President for First Financial. I have extensive knowledge and expertise in the area of business services and I'm in charge of the development and implementation of Member Business Services for VLFCU.
I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Heidelberg College in Tiffin, OH and have taken may banking related and business evelopment continuing education courses.
My wife Sharon and I are the proud parents of a son and daughter ages 14 and 11 and we currently reside in Norwalk where I am a native. I remain very active in the Norwalk community and am currently President of the Norwalk Library Board of Trustees; a member of the Norwalk Rotary Club; Board Member fo the Norwalk REvolving Loan Fund and Past Board President and graduate of Huron County Project Leadership.

I am currently serving as Operations Manager for VLFCU. I Began working in the financial industry in 1978 at Third National Bank, and have been working at Vacationland since 1983.
I am a 2006 Graduate of the Leadership of Erie County and a member of the Women's Network. I am a lifetime resident of Erie County and reside with my husband Randy in Castalia and have 2 grown sons.

I come to VLFCU with 10 years of banking experience with Fifth Third Bancorp and National City Corporation. My most recent position at Fifth Third Bancorp was as the Vice President of Commercial Lending. I have held previous positions in my banking career such as Senior Commercial Credit Analyst, Vice President of Retail Division, Retail Branch Sales Manager and Sales Team Leader.
For the past 4 years I have been a self-employed consultant for the financial services and medical industries. With the challenges that face organizations today, I have helped businesses to identify opportunities for growth through management coaching, employee training and process organization.
My experiences as an entrepreneur extend to owning and operating successful urgent care medical centers, diagnostic x-ray and open MRI centers, physician guided Spa’s as well as a successful commercial real estate holding company.
I earned my M.B.A. from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western University, where I graduated with concentrations in Banking and Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions. I earned my Bachelors of Science with concentrations in Business and Psychology from the University of Dayton.
My wife and I have been married for 9 years live in Sandusky and are the proud parents of 2 boys age 5 and 3. I am an active member of the Sandusky Rotary Club as well as a three-year Board of Director and Treasurer for the Urgent Care Association of America.
